We are an employment service team which has been matching the employers and employees for over 20 years. Our trained service team will evaluate your unique employment needs and assist you in providing an employer who will meet your needs. Our Mission is to provide efficient, quality and professional services to the people and businesses we serve. Our staff is certified through the Employment Specialist Training Program through the Indiana University Institute of Disability and Community. Each person will receive individual attention to ensure success in the work place. Work with us. We promise the possibilities will be endless and the partnerships will be great.

• Who can receive Employment Options Services?
  
  . People who meet eligibility requirements for funding sources such as Medicaid Waiver or Title XX. Private pay is an option.
  . People who have a desire and motivation to work in the community.
  . People who are willing to participate in and follow a Person Centered Plan.
  
  
• What services are provided?
  
  . Employment Awareness: Assistance with the application process, interviewing techniques, job seeking skills and exploring jobs in the community.
  . Job Development: Preparation of your resume, dressing for an interview as well as how to follow up with employers after an interview.
  . Follow Along: Continued communication throughout employment as well as skills to keep your
  performance in line with employer expectations.
  . Program Management: Planned performance monitoring through meetings address your concerns as you grow within your job.
  
  
• How much will this cost?
  
  . With a funding source such as Medicaid Waiver or Title XX, the services will cost you nothing.
  . If you do not qualify for a funding source, you can pay for the services yourself. Your fees will be based
  upon the type and amount of service needed. You will be informed of the costs before services begin.
