Community Connections Training Services (CCTS) through Towerview Industries is a training program designed to help individuals with disabilities develop and improve work habits and skills. Our goal is to help individuals reach a greater level of personal independence by helping them prepare for community employment while achieving communication and social skills. CCTS provides individual and group training for a variety of socialization, academic, daily living, and pre-vocational skills. Our professional staff provides a calm, pro-active environment in both the workshop and community settings. Our person centered planning approach will encourage the empowerment of each individual to reach his/her personal goals and dreams.

• Admission Requirements
  
  To be considered for admission to the CCTS program, an individual must be at least seventeen years old, and meet the following criteria:
  . have been diagnosed with a physical, mental and/or emotional disability.
  . meet eligibility requirements for funding sources such as Medicaid. Private pay is an option.
  . reside in Whitley County or a contiguous county
  . be capable of participating in services on a regular basis as recommended by the Individual Support team.

  . Our dedicated staff members complete training each year including Crisis Prevention and Invention, CPR, first aid, and behavioral supports.
  . Passages’ programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the State Department of Health.
  .Towerview Industries facilities are fully handicapped accessible.
