Passages' Grand Slam Event is being held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Eagle's Nest Event Center in Columbia City, Indiana.
Our guest speaker this year will be Carl Erskine. Carl played for the Dodgers for 12 very successful years; most of those years were spent in Brooklyn and then playing with the team in Los Angeles for about one and one-half years. Carl is very devoted to the world of advocacy and services for people with disabilities. Carl comes to the world of disabilities with firsthand knowledge and experience......his youngest son, Jimmy, has Down syndrome.
