14 Units will house people with incomes of - 1 person $21,450
(50% of median income - 2 people $24,500)

8 apartments will house people with incomes of - 1 person $27,740
(60% of median income - 2 people $29,400)

Federal Home Loan Bank Guidelines:
FHLB's goal is that a tenant should not pay more than 30% of their income towards their rent.
