Passages, Inc.

Life After School

Passages is dedicated to helping people transition to the adult world. One of the ways it achieves that is through the Life After School program, which helps high school students with intellectual disabilities or other challenges move from school to work.

Program participants receive individual attention in learning the skills necessary for success in the workplace and benefit from short-term internships.

We understand the value of the pride, independence, and dignity that rewarding work brings.

Life After School participants will:
  • Get hands-on experience in a variety of jobs.
  • Receive on-site coaching.
  • Learn how to present themselves professionally.
  • Learn how to identify a career.
  • Learn how to prepare a resume.
  • Receive a career portfolio upon completion.
