Business Developer: This key position will identify businesses with an interest in supporting the community through development of partnerships in accomplishing business and community objectives.
Job Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. in business or related field preferred
Manufacturing and sales experience
Established relationships in manufacturing a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of current auto insurance
Physical Requirements:
Lifting 70-100 lbs several times a week
Walking, bending, twisting
Skills/Knowledge:
Good understanding of costs/margins required to generate profit
Basic understanding of accounting, good math and accuracy skills
Good methods and tool design aptitude
Organizational and scheduling skills
Good cognitive, perception, reasoning and analytical skills
Understanding/knowledge of quality control methods and inspection tools
Problem solving skills
Ability operate fork truck and drive large straight truck
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Positions Available:
Supported Living: Part time, 2nd & 3rd shift, schedule varies Sun-Sat, 20+ hours,
weekend shift(s) required
Job Responsibilities:
* Providing active treatment to individuals by developing/utilizing training strategies that are age
appropriate and least restrictive.
* Follow individual self management plans and provide necessary intervention in all program areas.
* Support and train clients in preparing and serving snacks and meals per menus.
Assure compliance with special diets. Follow procedures for food storage and proper
sanitation in the kitchen.
* Serve as a professional role model for individuals in communication and actions to protect,
respect and ensure their rights.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Prefer 2 years MRDD experience or 1 year study in related field and 1 year MRDD experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proof of current auto insurance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times daily
Frequent walking and standing
Block assaults and physically redirect/restrain aggressive individuals
Bending, stooping, and stretching
Ability to assist an individual to have proper personal hygiene and restroom skills
Good eye/hand coordination
Skills/Knowledge:
