Direct Support Professional – Full and Part Time Schedules Available

 

Do you enjoy caring for others? Are you looking for a rewarding position that allows you to do just that? Passages, Inc. is a non-profit social services agency that provides support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking professional, caring and supportive individuals to join our team.

A direct support professional provides support and training to individuals in daily living skills and pursuit of personal goals. In this role, individuals serve as professional role models for others in communication and action to protect, respect and ensure individual rights. Full training is provided.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift 50 pounds, if necessary

Ability to demonstrate home and community safety practices

Ability to work a flexible schedule
